How do I reset my profile?▾
Open Style Sensei, go to Settings, and tap "Reset Style Profile" to retake the style assessment and refresh your archetype, preferences, and recommendations. Your saved looks in Style Vault are kept unless you delete them. To fully reset your account, contact us and we can help.
What data does the app collect?▾
We collect account information (such as your email), photos you choose to upload for virtual try-on and style analysis, style quiz responses, usage data, and subscription status. Payment details are handled by Apple — we never store your full card number. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Is my data private?▾
Yes. Your photos and personal data are used only to power Style Sensei features. We do not sell your information. Photos sent for AI processing are transmitted securely and are not used to train public AI models without your consent. You can delete photos and request account deletion at any time.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?▾
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Select Style Sensei to view, change, or cancel your plan. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to their policies.
The app isn't working as expected. What should I do?▾
First, make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store and that you have a stable internet connection. Try force-quitting and reopening the app. If the issue persists, email us with your device model, iOS version, and a brief description of the problem — we typically respond within 1–2 business days.
